About Me
I'm a CELTA certified language teacher. I've also obtained the certificate from the Training Course for Instructors of Thai to foreigners, provided by Mahidol University. I was a language teacher, teaching English and Thai for almost 4 years. I believe people learn best when they're having fun and through encouragement. So, my teaching style has been based on activities and compliments. Prior to teaching, I worked in both private and public sectors in Thailand. Not only do I know spoken Thai, but I also have quite good knowledge of written Thai, especially in official documents. I'm non-binary. My pronouns are they/them. I was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand and have lived in the US, NZ, Canada for a year each as an exchange student. I'm currently studying MA Applied Linguistics at UCL. In my free time, I like meditating, going to parks and libraries, listening to music, singing and volunteering. The forms of exercise that I like are running, yoga, kickboxing, cycling and swimming.
