About Me

Hello, my name is Yoopadee, but as you probably know that most Thai people go by our nickname, and my nick name is Ju จู, so you can call me Ju. I was born and grew up in a small province in the southern part of Thailand, but later moved to Bangkok. I graduated from Chulalongkorn university with the degree of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. After working in Thailang for a few years, then I moved to the States and have been living here ever since. I am a Thai native speaker ,but very fluent in English (of course, I need to communicate to everyone here in English). So you don't have to worry about mis-communication when I teach. I decided to become a teacher teaching Thai to foreigners because last year, we had a chance to move to China. I found it very difficult to live there without knowing any Chinese. So I started learning Chinese, and that really made my life so much easier over there. Because I could communicate with people over there. So I thought about all the Thai expats. Even thought there are more Thai people able to speak English, but imagine how great it would be to be able to communicate with us in Thai!!! I want to be a person who helps you get there. It doesn't matter if you are a real beginner starting to learn to say "Sawaddee", or you are an avid Thai learner, it would be my honor to be your Thai teacher.
